Cool on the nose. Juicy at the core.

A delicate, fresh reduction is reminiscent of flint and freshly toasted bread crust. Behind this, quince, mirabelle plum, juicy melon and a hint of lime zest emerge, accompanied by nutty nuances. On the palate, the wine is dense and mouth-filling, but remains wonderfully lively due to its cool minerality and a fine grip.

The red clay marl stores energy, while cold air from the surrounding forests preserves the freshness of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels and long yeast aging give the wine additional depth and spice.

Best enjoyed in good company.

This Pinot Gris feels particularly at home at a set table. Its juicy fruit beautifully accompanies roasted fish, poultry, and mushroom dishes, as well as pumpkin, roasted vegetables, or mild cheese. The subtle smokiness adds spice, while the freshness keeps every bite vibrant.
