The aroma is reminiscent of a basket of ripe yellow fruits, accompanied by a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, the Grauburgunder is juicy and pleasantly round. The approximately 30-year-old vines grow on calcium-rich loess and clay soils. A small part of the wine ferments in large wooden barrels, contributing subtle vanilla and depth. The larger part remains in stainless steel tanks, preserving the clear fruit and freshness.
