Raspberry, as clear as a summer's day.

Its aroma alone evokes a bowl of ripe raspberries, freshly picked in the warm summer sun: intense, juicy, and unmistakable. On the palate, the fruit is clear and delicate, without being sweet. The raspberry spirit lingers, almost giving the impression of biting directly into a ripe berry.

The fruits grow on a high plateau at an altitude of around 400 meters. There, they ripen more slowly and have ample time to develop their full aroma. It is precisely this long ripening period that gives the distillate its intense, natural raspberry fruitiness.

When the raspberry unfolds in the glass.

In a small, slightly bulbous glass, the raspberry spirit can gradually unfold. When well-tempered, the delicate scent of fresh berries first emerges. With a little air, the fruit becomes increasingly full-bodied, increasingly reminiscent of the soft, juicy interior of a ripe raspberry.

Small sips allow enough room to calmly perceive the clear fruit and the long finish. It is entirely up to personal taste whether the raspberry spirit is enjoyed lightly chilled or slightly warmer.
