A fully ripe mirabelle plum, still sun-warm from the tree, sets the flavor profile: juicy yellow flesh, clear sweetness, and a delicate aroma of native herbs. On the palate, the distillate is intense yet astonishingly smooth. The ripe fruit remains present for a long time, while a subtle spiciness lends depth and tension to the finish.

Only particularly ripe mirabelle plums of old native varieties are processed – recognizable by their typical red "cheeks". The fruits come from our own trees, at least 30 years old, and are harvested precisely when they have reached their full aroma.

Full fruit in every sip.

In a small, slightly bulbous glass, the plum brandy can gradually open up. The first aroma is reminiscent of a fully ripe fruit with juicy, golden-yellow flesh. With a little air, the plum becomes even more intense and almost as tangible as if it had just been freshly sliced.

In small sips, the fruit becomes increasingly full and soft. It remains clearly discernible into the long, pleasantly warm finish, taking center stage undivided.
