2022 Pinot Noir Rosé Sparkling Wine HiH*

When rosé begins to soar.

Ripe sweet cherry sets the tone, accompanied by a subtle hint of strawberry. The delicate bubbles lift the fruit, allowing the sparkling wine to glide lightly and lively over the tongue. At the same time, it possesses a soft, creamy core that gives it harmony and depth.

The approximately 30-year-old vines grow on calcareous loess and clay soils. The limestone provides the lively acidity and clear draw. A small portion of the base wine ferments in large wooden barrels, bringing additional depth, while the stainless steel tank preserves the pure cherry and strawberry fruit. The long lees aging refines the perlage and gives the sparkling wine its soft side.
