2025 Pinot Gris

Yellow fruit with a salty kick.

The first impression is reminiscent of a freshly cut, ripe pear: juicy, soft, and fragrant. This is followed by apricot, quince, and a hint of melon. In the mouth, the Pinot Grigio almost feels as if you're biting directly into the ripe fruit pulp. At the same time, it remains light-footed and lively.
