Fruity on the nose. Vibrant to the finish.

The aroma is reminiscent of a freshly cut apple, juicy apricot, and ripe melon, accompanied by a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc is pleasantly juicy and fills the mouth without being heavy. A cool, slightly salty freshness enlivens the fruit and almost seems to dance on the tongue. This keeps every sip clear, stimulating, and wonderfully vibrant.

The grapes grow on calcareous loess. This soil produces ripe, delicate fruit and also gives the wine its mineral freshness and slightly salty aftertaste. Cool winds preserve the vibrant character of the grapes until harvest.
