Juniper meets vineyard.

First, the clear, straightforward spiciness of the juniper unfolds. Then the aroma opens up like a summer vineyard: thyme, chamomile, oregano and fennel meet hibiscus blossoms, blackberry leaves and a delicate hint of aronia. Citrus fruits, apple and raspberry add freshness and a subtle fruitiness. On the palate, the gin is complex yet surprisingly mild, before lingering with a velvety finish.

It gains its special depth from twelve herbs from our own organic vineyards and a proportion of Pinot Gris wine. This combines the floral, spicy and fruity notes into a harmonious overall picture.

Neat, on the rocks, or with tonic.

Well-chilled and neat in a small, tulip-shaped glass, the gin can be beautifully explored. The narrow opening concentrates the aroma, while with a little air, floral and essential herbal notes appear first, followed by juniper and fine fruit notes.

With a large ice cube, it becomes smoother and slowly opens up. As a Gin & Tonic, a subtle Mediterranean Tonic is recommended, which does not overpower the vineyard herbs. A lightly flamed rosemary sprig picks up the spicy side and complements the aroma without being too overpowering.
